TruJet, one of India’s most affordable domestic airlines, came to 10X Studio Digital with a clear ambition – to become more than a budget carrier. To become a brand that India’s connected traveller actively chooses, trusts, and returns to. The brief was not just to make TruJet look better. It was to make TruJet mean something.
 
From brand identity and communication design to digital experience and integrated marketing, we partnered with TruJet’s leadership team to build a brand architecture that could hold its own across airport terminals, digital platforms, boarding passes, and every customer interaction in between.

Visual Language & Brand Experience

TruJet’s identity was built on one conviction – affordable should never mean anonymous. A confident teal-and-white palette with warm amber accents signals accessibility without sacrificing authority. The geometric, forward-leaning wordmark holds at every scale – from airport signage to a boarding pass to a mobile screen. Every typographic and colour decision was made to project trust and modernity to a traveller who expects both.

Design System & Components

The component architecture was built for consistency at scale. A modular design system ensures the brand speaks with one voice across every customer touchpoint – booking flows, marketing collateral, wayfinding, and in-flight communications. Visual hierarchy is driven by weight, contrast, and spatial clarity – keeping the experience clean and instinctive under transactional pressure. The outcome is a brand that a lean team can operate and a customer always recognises.
